Objectives: Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is highly common in children and can continue lifelong. Looking at children's participation detail excessively important since it affects their quality of life (QoL). The Iranian assessment scale a questionnaire that determines primarily built for with cerebral palsy. This study aims to estimate the psychometric properties this ADHD. Methods: content validity was estimated using Lawshe method 8 occupational therapy experts (5 PhD 3 MA degree least 5 years experience). Test-retest reliability done an intraclass correlation class (ICC) two-week interval among 30 Results: Regarding validity, CVI found be 1 all items, CVR values were between 0.75 items. reliability, ICC result Discussion: No item omitted part, items showed good reliability. test valid reliable
